Our unique relationship with Bridgeford Trust Company allows us to make distributions from a common trust fund to the Gemini Income Trust I in a consistent manner. This strategy is only available at Gemini I, and because of this, the assets in the trust have a chance to increase over time.


How does Gemini I invest it's assets? We use a total return strategy for the Fund. We can even hire your financial advisor for accounts of $500,000 and above. We encourage you to download the Disclosure Statement on the homepage for more details.


What is the minimum amount required to open an account? $5,000.


Is there any expense to open an account? None!


Can I fund an account with real estate? Yes. We have the ability to liquidate your real estate and fund your account immediately. What a great way to avoid the gains on your property!
