America's NIL FUND

The Universal NIL Fund at Charitable Gift America provides many opportunities for athletic departments and student-athletes in the USA and around the globe. For athletic departments that currently do not have an NIL Collective partner, but wish to have their student-athletes have the opportunity to enter into a contract, this Fund can fully execute and administer all contract obligations.

Donors funding NIL contracts through the Universal NIL Fund receive a charitable deduction for their contribution since Charitable Gift America is a 501(c)3 organization. This is also valuable for existing collectives that are not charitable organizations, but have supporters who wish to receive a deduction for their participation.

Because of the sophistication and long history of Charitable Gift America in the philanthropic marketplace, we are able to accept not only cash, but publicly traded securities and even real estate to fund NIL contracts and programs.
